Jason Drummond founded Virtual Internet, an online intellectual property protection and web hosting Company in 1996. Virtual Internet was admitted to AIM in January 1999 and subsequently combined a £30 Million fundraising with a move to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange in April 2000. Jason is a high profile investor and co-founder of a number of highly successful technology Companies which are listed on AIM. These Companies include Media Corporation plc (MDC), Coms plc (COMS) and Nettworx plc (NTWX).

Michael Hawkes was finance director of
Northern Europe
for the internet marketing company Overture Services Limited, which is now part
of Yahoo! He joined Overture in time for its launch in the

and during his four and a half years of service he helped grow the company into
